SUCCESSFUL YEAR REPORTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. - The annual meeting of shareholders of th© New Zealand Farmers’ Co-opera-tive Distributing, Company was held today, Mr. J. J. Bryce, chairman of directors, presiding. The annual • report showed that the surplus’of assets over liabilities had increased from £7266 in 1923 to £155,933 in 1929 as the result of increased business. New records had been made in both the trading and commission departments. The net profit for the year amounted to' a record, the sum of £15,527. Th© payment of a dividend of 7 per cent, on the capital called and - paid will absorb £7250, and £2OOO is to be added to th© reserve fund. Th© retiring directors, Messrs E. Eagle, G. L. Marshall and A. Stuart, were re-elected.
