Dr. James Walkin Harper was fined £5 for throwing bottles from his surgery in the second floor of the Pacific Buildings in Wellesley Street on Saturday night, to which charge' he pleaded guilty. A charge of drunkenness was withdrawn and the charge of damaging the police station cell to the extent of £1 was dismissed on payment of costs.
