NOVEL INSURANCE FRAUD
INVESTIGATION IN STATES YOUNG MEN EXAMINED FOR OLD. POLICE ARREST EIGHT SUSPECTS. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 10.30 p.m. New York, Nov. 19. Max Chiller and three other men and four women have been arrested, while the District Attorney is investigating an amazing insurance scheme by which a gang took out policies on old men and furnished young men in their places for medical examination. Th© old men mysteriously died. Six exhumations have been ordered. Twenty thousand pounds paid by insurance companies to the members of the gang is meanwhile impounded.
