AFGHANISTAN NEWS REASSURING. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, November 10. The latest news regarding Afghanistan is definitely reassuring. The first proclamation issued by Nadir Khan conveys a stern warning against the corruption of civil and military officials which did so much to compass Amanuliah’s downfall. A fresh programme of expansion in education has been drawn up, the middle schools being reopened in Kabul, and schools for telegraph and agricultural training started.
