To travel 08,000 miles by motor-cycle, visit 44 countries, and then marry a Rose Bay girl, is the record of Dr. P. de .Vilnits, of Riga, Latvia, who has left for New Zealand with his cycle. Dr. Vilnits, who has been travelling since 1925, has not yet finished his journey. Another 37,000 miles and 37 countries have yet to be visited, and this he will do during the next 18 months.
