Lord head of the British economic mission to South America,, is, with the assistance of his colleagues on the mission, preparing a reply for the president of the Board of Trade on the development of trade between Britain and the countries visited. In an interview on his arrival in England yesterday Lord D'Obernon paid a tribute to the farseeing and practical outlook of the statesmen of South American countries. The basis of business between Britain and South America, he said, must be reciprocal.
