WAGES AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, Oct. 9. - An agreement on wages between shipbuilding employers an I most of- the shipyard unions was announced yesterday. . The outlook in shipbuilding yards has improved, and among the new orders booked is one for eight oil tankers and one timber carrying ship to be built at Swan and Hunters, Ltd., at Wallsendj and another for six first-class 10,000-ton cargo boats for a continental firm of shipowners to be built at Harland and Wolffs at Belfast.
