NEW PLYMOUTH PETITION
REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE. (By Wire —Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. The petition of William Henry Fitzpatrick, of New Plymouth, asking for payment of interest awarded by the Compensation Court and the refund of commission charged by the Public Trustee was reported upon in the House of Representatives to-day by the A to L Public Petitions Committee, which recommended that the petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.'
