DEPARTS RSI ADOPTS SC HEME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Pahiatuq, Last Night. Mr, J. W. Deem, director of the fields division of the Department of Agriculture, Palmerston North, in a lecture here said the department . wae adopting a farms roll. A survey would be made of a large number of farms and the best picked In each district. The methods would be published in the department’s journal. The department had already found a farm in the Paliiatua district that was among the firs’; three in New Zealand. Mr. Deem stressed the fact that the yield of butter-fat per acre was always an important factor with the department.
