REPARATIONS SETTLEMENT
BANK COXUIITTEE TO MEET. (British Official Wireless). Rugby, Oct. 1. The sub committee set up by the conference, in accordance with the provisions of the Young reparations plan for organising a bank for international settlement will meet on Thursday at Baden. The committee will consist of two delegates from each of the seven countries • principally interested in German reparations and representatives have been nominated by (be governments >t six European central banks. The British delegates will be Sir (.'luilies .Addis ami Mr. W. T. Lavton.
