COLD SHOWERY WEATHER.

Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be changeable and showery and in places squally, with some heavy falls of rain. There will bo cold temperatures. Moderate to strong west to south-west winds are probable over the North Island; elsewhere northerly winds backing later to westerlies. The sea will be rough south of Castlepoint and on the west coast, and moderate elsewhere. In the Tasman Sea there will be moderate to strong west winds with rather rough seas m the eastern Tasman.
