MEMORIAL TO EARL HAIG

The commission for the national memorial to the late Field-Marshal Earl Haig has been given to Mr. Alfred Frank Hardiman, the English sculptor who won the Rome prize in 1920. His design for a bronze equestrian statue has been accepted for a site near the Cenotaph at Whitehall
