NEXT CONFERENCE IN OTTAWA.

Tho Press Congress of the World, which was initiated at the Pan-Pacific international exposition in San Francisco in 1915 and held its first sessions in Honolulu in 1921, will meet for the third time in Ottawa, the Canadian capital, in July, 1931. It had. been hoped that the third session would take place this year, hut the president (Mr. Robert Bell, Christchurch) advises from London that after consultations in Canada, the United States and Great Britain the executive has decided that 1931 is the most suitable time.
