COLDER, WET WEATHER.

Wellington, Last Night.. The weather will be unsettled with rain generally and some heavy falls of snow on some of the highlands of the South Island. Temperatures will become voider. Winds will be moderate to strong northerly to westerly, reaching gale force in exposed. positions and backing to southwesterly after about 10 a.m. Seas will be rough on the west coast.
