TRANS-PACTFIC MARKET SOUGHT.

The British Columbian Government would aid provincial lumbermen in the efforts about to be made to gain a better footing in Australian and New Zealand markets, the Premier, the Hon. F. S. Tolmie, announced to-day. Lummbermen are sending two or three representatives to Australia in an endeavour to increase exports. The Government will contribute towards the financing of the mission.
