COASTAL MOVEMENTS. The Corinna, from Dunedin and Tiniaru, loaded at Lyttelton Monday for New Plymouth via" Wellington and” Nelson. Tho vessel is due at New Plymouth to-day and goes on to Wellington and Dunedin to re-load. (U.S.S. Co.). The Poolta will load at Timaru tomorrow. She will then sail north via Lyttelton and Wellington for New Plymouth, whence she will leave for Westport and Greymouth. (U.S.S. Co.).

Tho John, which was .at. Lyttelton on Monday was due at Wellington yesterday and should be at New Plymouth tomorrow. From New Plymouth she wdll go to Port Waikato. . (Holm and Co.). The Progress, which will be loading at Dunedin to-morrow, will sail north via Tiniaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. She is due at New Plymouth on Tuesday and later she will proceed to Port Waikato. NEW PLYMOUTII-ONEEIUNGA FERRY

The Ngapuhi arrived at New Plymouth yesterday morning from Onehunga with 13 passengers and 250 tons of cargo., .As much of this cargo might be spoilt by rain, unloading had to be deferred. Consequently the Ngapuhi will not sail for Onehunga until 7 o’clock this evening. She is due again in New Plymouth on Friday. THE NEWTON PINE. The Newton Pine, which arrived at New Plymouth from Auckland at 9 a.m. yesterday morning, has a cargo of 2300 tons of phosphats from Casablanca, Morroeo. Owing to rough seas round the North Cape, which at’times necessitated slowing down to 4 knots, the vessel arrived about 9 hours later than her scheduled time. The voyage occupied 54 days, and fine weather was experienced to Panama, after which it was moderate to rough. Capthin M. H. Peterson is in command, and with him are the following officers: Chief, Mr. J. S. Thompson; second, Mr. J. Hardy, third. Mr. J. B. Crawley; chief engineer, Mr. R. H. Wylie; second, Mr. A. Weight; third, Mr. W. R. Rickley; fourth, Mr. C. Matthews;' wireless operator, Mr. R. H. Bacon; chief steward, Mr. J. Roberts. KIA ORA DELAYED. Tho Kia Ora will not sail for Wan’gani until to-morrow as she has not finished loading her London cargo. JOHN TO BE OVERHAULED. After completing her present trip the John will sail for Port Waikato to; undergo an overhaul, and she will not resume for some time. The Totara also will not be at New Plymouth for some time.
