Trotsky has sent a letter to the Daily Herald from Constantinople alleging that the decision not to admit him to England w r as “the outcome of the. activities of th© secret police, whose work it was well known revealed the famous circumstances of the false Zinovieff forgery, of which British Labour was the victim.’*
