PROGRESS AFTER OPERATION. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright, United Service. London, July 19. It is officially announced that the King passed a good night and that his progress continues satisfactory. The British Medical' Journal says the King stood the operation very well. Both the general and local conditions are satisfactory and the immediate result of the operation is regarded as having fulfilled all expectations. It may be hoped that the cavity will now gradually heal from the bottom.
