STILETTO DRIVEN INTO SLEEVE. GREEK SHARPER EXPOSED. By Tt?.c.--r-h —Press Assn. —Copyright. Bucharest, July 20. An exciting drama occurred at a fashionable card club. A visitor, believed to be a distinguished and wealthy Brazilian, was playing with phenomenal luck, when suddenly a spectator, a young Roumanian aristocrat, drew a stilletto and drove it through the player’s sleeve, pinning his arm to the table. During the ensuing uproar it was found that the stiletto had pierced an ace and several cards hidden up the sleeve. The cheat, who disappeared, has since been identified as a Greek card-sharper.
