NOTE.—The cows to be offered are all young and in good condition, and will be sold with a guarantee as to soundness at calving, while a guarani ee will also be given that no cow will calve later than October 1. They have been milked on light country and should show pleasing results if farmed on the richer pastures. The heifers have been farmed on hilly back country and are also in good condition, and should do well on the lower levels. The auctioneers recommend this fixture to prospective purchasers. The vendors will place any purchases required to be railed free on trucks.
