KINGSFORD SMITH ADVISED
DANGER OF ATLANTIC FLIGHT.

Stewart, chairman of Australian National Airways Limited, has communicated with Kingsford Smith and (Jim, advising them not to attempt a flight over the Atlantic, which was hazardous. He added that the company was convinced that such an exploit was not needed as a test of the crew’s courage and airmanship, which were already established.
