SLOOP TO BE PLACED IN RESERVE. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Sydney, July 19. The first step in the Federal Government’s economy campaign, as far as the Australian navy is concerned, will be the placing in reserve of H.M.A.S. Marguerite, sloop. She will be paid off on Tuesday and the officers and men drafted to other ships.
