HOPE TO BAN SUBMARINES
INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT. British Official Wireless. Rugby, July 15. Mr. A. V. Alexander, First Lord of the Admiralty, referred in a speech at Sheffield to-day to the H 47 submarine disaster. He hoped that in future there would be an international agreement to ban submarines as weapons of warfare.
