FELL FORTY FEET UNHURT
MAN CRASHES ON TO CONCRETE. (By Wire —Special to News.) Auckland, Last Night. Bruises and a severe shaking were the only injuries received by Percy Everson, who fell 40ft. from a ladder in the Calliope dock to the concrete below this morning. Not a bone was broken. Everson was painting the side of the Union Company’s ship Kaikorai. He was standing on a ladder which was placed against the side of the ship from the . dock. He slipped and crashed to the concrete.
