Part XV., Rule 13.—“8y the entering of a horso every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed thereby to undertake neither directly nor indirectly to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse or any other horse in the race in ..which such jjorse is entered. Each entry shall contain or, if it do not contain, shall be conclusively assumed to contain, such an undertaking, breach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice of the turf within the meaning of Part XXXII. of these Rules.” Qualified hunters are those that have qualified in compliance with Port 6 of the New Zealand Hunts Association Rules. Masters’ certificates of qualification must bo produced at the scales if not notified in the official calendar. The winner of any race after the declartlon of weights may be rehandicapped.
