A rapid fire of question and answer occurred in the House of Representatives to-day when the Primo Minister announced that the decisions of the magistrates in respect to the sentences im- . posed on two conscientious objectors to military service in Auckland would stand and that in future divinity students would have the right upon application to a magistrate to obtain exemption from military training.. When Sir Joseph Ward announced that exemptions would apply to divinity students only Labour members interjected: Or anybody else? The Prime Minister: Not anybody else.
