SOUTHLAND FARMERS’ TOUR
VISIT TO PALMERSTON NORTH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., July 13. The Southland farmers who are touring the North Island visited Palmerston North to-day. One section was motored over the Kairanga and other farming areas, the other section was shown the grass research work of the Agricultural Department. Later the party was accorded a civic reception and left for Hawke’s Bay.
