The trade returns for June are as follow: Imports decreased £7,904,090, exports 19,579,000 and re-exports £1,b00,000, compared with last June. The principal decreases were: In imports, grain and flour £1,936,000 meat £918,000, food and drink (non-dutiable) £2,141,000. (dutiable) £787,000; raw cotton £2,497,000, hides and ekins £h 6,000. Decreases in exporks were: Iron and steel and manufactures thereof £1,060,000, machinery £1,258,000, cotton yarns and manufactures £2,434,000, woollen and worsted manufactures £1,354,000, vehicles £818,000.. Increases were: In imports, 00i £1,273,000; in exports, coal £488,000.
