SUPPRESSION OF “TOPPING” SACKS By TA e-jraph—Press Association. Wellington. July 12. When two Chinese market gardeners were fined £lO to-day for “topping off” sacks of cauliflowers, the Department of Agriculture’s inspector stated that the publicity given to the many cases before the Court last year had effected much improvement in regard to market produce.
