NOTE. —Undoubtedly one of the finest lines of in-calf heifers to be submitted to dairymen this year, we have every confidence in recommending these cattle. OVER 60 PER CENT. ARE FROM TESTED DAMS, having been selected as calves from Mr. Tonks’ well-known herd of 200 cows, which this season has averaged 330 lbs. of butter-fat per’ cow —the highest record per cow for big herds under the South Taranaki Herd-Testing Association.
