Returning from the Labour Congress at Geneva, Mr. James Simpson, vicepresident of the Canadian Trades ami Labour Congress, said that in an interview he had with Mr. Ramsay MacDonald In London the British Prime Minister anticipated he would visit the United States and Canada in September, when he would hold separate conferences with President Hoover and the Canadian Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. W. L. Mackenzie King, on the subject of naval disarmament.
