HURT IN ALL BLACK GAME

Cyril Towers, the Australian threequarter, who had to leave the field, on Saturday, is still in hospital with hie head swathed in bandages. He is suffering from a bad eye, swollen nose and injured ribs. Towers complains that he was tackled by the All Blacks when he did not have the ball. He said: “There was a man on top of me every time I went near it.”
