PERTH-ADELAIDE JOURNEY. NEW ZEALANDER’S EXPERIENCES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Air travel from Perth to Adelaide was the experience of Mr. D. D. O’Connor, of Auckland, who returned by the Ulitnaroa this morning. He spoke of the comfort of the trip, which takes 30 nours at a cost of £lB as against the /3-hour run by the train for £l2. Mr. O’Connor said the company had three Hercules biplanes, each with three engines and each carrying eleven passengers. So popular was the service that they were booked up for weeks ahead. There were three breaks in the journey.
