Ac in the past, several friendly •game® were played with neighbouring clubs. The club was fortunate to be able to entertain rinks from both the Auckland touring teams, and all these visits were instrumental in creating interest. Andrews won the Hawken challenge stars, but were not able to withstand the challenges received. Mr. ■ Andrews also skipped a rink competing in the Hawera Easter tournament and put up a creditable performance. The financial statement reveals a satisfactory position.
