POLICE CONDUCT OF THE CASE.
MINISTER TO INVESTIGATE.

The Hon. T. M. Wilford stated to-day that as soon as he had the opportunity of perusing the evidence given at the inquest concerning the death of Elsie Walker, he would decide what course to take regarding the suggestions made by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in reference to the conduct of the case by the police.
