FAIR TO FINE, COOL WEATHER.

Fair to fine weather with cool temperatures and some frosts inland will prevail except on the west coast of the South Island and about Foveaux Strait. There will be fresh to strong but decreasing south-westerly winds veering to northwest again in the south. Seas will be rather rough to rough, but decreasing in New Zealand waters.
