Daily Express understands, has protested to the Home Office respecting the publication of what is described as a "secret confidential police report” on his own activities between 1916 and 1921. iEditorially the Daily Express states: ‘‘lt it were thought to repeat the incident of the Zinovieff Letter the plot has completely miscarried. There must always be the black mark against Mr. MaoD name that he gave comfort to the enc y instead of his own country’, but let us keep the coming election clear free from personalities, red herriugs and red letters.”
