Scallops and pleats form the decorative note on this attractive little model in light navy georgette. The pleats are set into the plain scalloped yoke and stitched flatly as far as the hips, whence they are allowed to float loosely. Note the long, plain sleeves trimmed with narrow scalloped frills.
