Reid and Gray 9-coulter Drill, Andrews and Bevan Chaffcutter, numerous Sundries. NOTE.—Those Cows are big framed, good constitutioned cattle, in calf to pedigree Jersey bulls and in good condition. JOY’CE to sell by auction as above, WITHOUT RESERVE, the whole , of his stock, etc., comprising HIS VERY ’ CHOICE HERD OF—--79 y H’A’ COWS, consisting of 08 high grade Jerseys, 11 Frlesians and Shorthorns. Fourteen of the herd calve in July, and the bulk in August, with a few ia September. Pedigree Jersey Bulls have been used, and most of the herd are dehorned. 31 Weaner Jersey Heifers. 1 2-Year Pedigree Jersey Bull. 3 Good Farm Horses. 12 Milk Cans. 1 s.f. R. and G. Plough. 1 almost new 5-Cow Ridd Milking Plant, with 2} h.p. Lister Engine (slight reserve). Mr. Joyce is leaving the district, and is therefore submitting everything with the exception of the milking plant for sale Entirely Without Reserve. The herd is one of the best :!:at will be offered for sale in Taranaki this year, for the cows show excellent quality and dairying ability, are young, and will give good results wherever taken to. It will be seen that the herd Is almost 1 entirely high grade Jerseys and further- 1 more they are all due to calve early. Mr. Joyce has been dairying for many years, and he has always made a point of 1 milking only good cattle, consequently this sale is one that should interest dairymen who are wanting real genuine cows.
