MAN CONVICTED ON TWO CHARGES. By Telegraph.—-Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Robert Gardner appeared before Mr.. H. W. Bundle, S.M., in the Police Court Miis morning for sentence on two charges of converting motor-ears to his own use. One charge was in respect of a car owned by Henry Turner and valued at £4OO, and the other charge in respect of a car owned by James Patrick Herlihy and valued at a similar figure. Accused was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to be cumulative.
