AN UNATTACHED DISTRICT. At the annual meeting of the Toko Football Club the question of men from districts further east passing through the Toko area in order to play for another club in town was discussed. Several members considered that the practice was wrong in principle and if continued indefinitely would be open to possible abuse. Strathmore, for instance, was a big district, and if in the future the occasion should arise when th© Toko Club needed players, it was felt that it should have some claim on footballers living in the adjoining eastern district at present officially unattached to any junior club.
