If none for last two years, last four performances to bo given. 4. Performances as known to Handicapper will NOT be accepted for nomination. 5. Event No. 12. Cup to be won twice in succession, or three times at intervals. 6. In the event of unforseen circumstances, prizes will be divided pro rata. 7. Waiwaka or Puketea blocks for chopping and sawing events. 8. Local boundaries, Tongaporutu to Okoke Road, except for Tug-of-War, which is between foot of Mt. Messenger and Mangaemaeho. 9. Protest, accompanied by fee of £l, to be in hands of Secretary within fifteen minutes of event. Protest to be in writing. 10. Three to start, or no race; Five, or no second prize. 11. The Committee reserve the right to re-handicap, and also to postpone Sports, or to make any alteration deemed’ necessary. 12. No Sideshows allowed on ground.
