SITTING AT INVERCARGILL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. The Supreme Court opened before Mr. Justice Sim, at whose direction “no bills” were returned in the cases of Albert Sharp and Michael Daniel Hughes, charged with breaking and entering. . A true bill was returned against Ernest Malbin Gilmour charged with the theft of £3,(100, the proper J of the late Emily Clark, ftn o roiqnng a receipt for £350. “This is a case where a clever, unscrupulous young business man is charged with robbing an ignorant, illiterate old woman,” said the prosecutor. in® accused pleaded not guilty. The case is proceeding.
