FARMERS’ EMIGRATION SCHEME. By Telegraph—Press Atsn.—Copyright. Sydney, Nov. 15. To test the emigration to Australia of specially eeleeted Dutch farmers, the Netherlands Government has arranged with the Commonwealth Government for the condition requiring migrants to have £4O on landing to be waived in favour of 200 Dutch farmers every year. In return the Consul-General has 1 furnished a bond that these settlers will not become a charge on Australia for three months after landing. The age limit for migrants has been fixed between 20 and 30, and they must have a i working knowledge of the English language.
