To test the emigration to Australia of specially eeleeted Dutch farmers, the Netherlands Government has arranged with the Commonwealth Government for the condition requiring migrants to have £4O on landing to be waived in favour of 200 Dutch farmers every year. In return the Consul-General has 1 furnished a bond that these settlers will not become a charge on Australia for three months after landing. The age limit for migrants has been fixed between 20 and 30, and they must have a i working knowledge of the English language.
