THE ST. PAUL’S SENSATION
STATEMENT BY REV. WEBSTER. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Oct. 17. The Rev. Bullock Webster handed interviewers a typescript stating, inter alia: “Bishop Barnes might reasonably try to photograph the Messed angels or apply tho X-rays to distinguish between tho baptised and unbaptised. Dr, Barnes defies anyone to distinguish between the consecrated and unconsecrated wafer; wo equally defy a stranger to distinguish between ißshop Barnes and his butler without a distinguishing.garment, yet that does not prove that Dr. Barnes has not been consecrated. I hope the protest will lead to action.”
