FIFTY POUNDS IN CASH STOLEN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. On Friday night the house of George O. Sey, St. Albans, was entered by a thief, and the sum of £5O was stolen. Sey had withdrawn this unusually large sum from the bank, and it was still in the house. The intruder gained entrance by means of an open window during the absence of the family. The scene of disorder he left behind him bore evidence of the thoroughness of hie search, Only money was taken.
