BIG GERMAN COAL STRIKE
80,000 WORKERS ARE AFFECTED. DISPUTE CONCERNING WAGES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Oct. 16. The miners in the central German brown coal area have decided to strike to-morrow. The stoppage will affect 80,000 workers. The owners are refusing to raise wages, as the Government has fixed the price of coal.
