DAMAGES CLAIM SUCCEEDS
RAIN WATER SPOILS STOCK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct'. 15. A suit in which Joseph C. Tonks claimed from Black and White Cabs, Ltd., in respect of damage to stock following flooding by rain-water after defendants had raised the level of a right-of-way anil built a brick wall, proved successful. i The Magistrate, Mr. Riddell, to-day, in a reserved judgment awarded £l4l 4s 4d, anil costs £l4 19s.
