GOOD SALE AT WAVERLEY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Waverley, May 31. At Waverley to-day, the Farmers’ Coop. held a successful dispersal sale of the Wairoa Red Poll stud, comprising 80 choicely bred Red Poll cattle, the property of Mr. B. W. Harvey, of Waverley. The buyers of the younger stock ineluded breeders from the Waikato. Hawkes Bay and South Island The , top price for bulls (41 guineas) was paid for Wairoa Chaneet, purchased for Mr. A. Donaldson, Balelutha, Otago. The sale was conducted by the Farmers’ Co-op., Messrs. Trotter and C. E. Robertson acting as auctioneers.
