DISTRICT HEALTH OFFICE
NEW PLYMOUTH HEADQUARTERS. MEDICAL OFFICER APPOINTED. The Department of Health is about to open a district office in New Plymouth, and a medical officer has been appointed to take charge, it is reported. The territory to be worked will cover the Taranaki province and the work in the schools performed by Dr. Elizabeth Gunn will be taken over.
